Design, installation, service. All three from the same people.

We design and install complete irrigation systems and stay on to service them. The truck carries Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro, MP Rotator and Sta-Rite, and every new installation comes with a two-year warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labor.

The sprinkler year, the way we run it.

Northern Michigan gives a sprinkler system a short season and a hard winter. Our seasonal maintenance program follows it: three kinds of visit, in this order, every year you are on it.

  1. Spring

    Start-up

Lines charged, heads popped and checked, zones run one at a time before your lawn needs its first real drink.

  2. Every month of the season

    The monthly check

A visit each month while the system runs, so a broken head or a zone that quit is caught before the grass shows it.

  3. Fall

    Winterization

The system is blown out with compressed air before the freeze. That is the blue Airman compressor on the trailer in our photos.

“I have used them for annual maintenance and repair for 25 years.”

Three visits built around the Northern Michigan season. We start your system up in the spring, check it every month while it runs, and winterize it in the fall. Regular maintenance is what keeps a system lasting.

New installations carry a two-year warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labor.
