Services

The Northern Michigan sprinkler year, and the lighting that goes with it.

Rainmaker Irrigation has worked out of Howard Road in Petoskey since 1987. A system gets designed and installed once, then it gets started in the spring, checked through the season and blown out before the freeze.

Here is the work in the order a yard needs it.

Design + install

Sprinkler Installation

Complete irrigation systems, designed around the property and installed by the same shop that will service them. Homes, commercial grounds, condominium complexes and athletic fields.

New installations carry a two-year warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labor.

How an installation goes

Repairs

Sprinkler Service

Spring start-ups, troubleshooting and repairs. A zone that will not come on, a head that waters the road, a line a tree pulled out of the ground: we find it and fix it.

We can also update and re-design a system you already have instead of starting over.

Seasonal Maintenance

We start your system in the spring, check it monthly and winterize it in the fall. Regular maintenance is what makes a system last.

One customer wrote that they have used Rainmaker for annual maintenance and repair for 25 years and never had an issue.

When the yard changes

Reconfiguration & Updating

New beds, a patio, a changed layout: if your design needs have changed, we work with you to update the system so the water follows the landscape.
